1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and after payment is received.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we experience any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Estimated delivery

All our shippings are from Portugal

• Standard Shipping (Domestic within Portugal): Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping (International within Europe): Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
• Standard Shipping (International outside Europe): Estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any delays with the carrier or customs.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to track your order.

4. International Shipping

 Please be aware of the following for international orders:

• Customs Fees and Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delays at customs.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, ANHU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello.anhu@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

7. Shipping destination

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, South America and most of the world. We are unable to ship to Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino, Greenland, Faroe Islands and China at this time.
