Return & Refund

At ANHU, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how to return items and request a refund.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
  •  All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.anhu@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

2. Return Shipping

We are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello.anhu@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, we offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final. 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
